About The Founder:

Kim Beckers has over a decade of experience in internet marketing and online business creation. She brings a unique combination of experience and insight to the job, with local internet marketing skills as well as a deep understanding of the mechanics of business on and offline.

Beckers started out as an employee of a family owned Accounting firm when she was 15, and kept the books for that business and others through college. In college, she turned a sharp eye for detail and a keen business sense toward math and computer science, graduating in the top of her class and taking her first position with a web firm as both their bookkeeper and their web support. In this position, she expanded her role to include setting up websites, design and marketing for the firm, and eventually brought these talents to bear on her own online, plus-size lingerie shop, MyPlusLingerie.com, which she designed and promoted from the ground up before selling it as a fully functional business and, based on the success of that website and similar endeavors, moving her focus onto consulting.

Beckers has been consulting full-time since the start of MyPlusLingerie.com in 2006. Her unique combination of intense attention to detail, comprehensive understanding of the small business dynamic and formal and informal success in web design and internet marketing makes her an ideal member of any business’s promotional team because she can not only determine what is currently working for the business, but also what promotional efforts may be falling short of the mark.
